Janet Linton

Since 2006, Janet Linton has been a trial attorney with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, legal malpractice and commercial litigation.  Her experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and she has tried numerous jury trials to verdict with great success. 

Janet earned her bachelor of arts degree from Georgetown University in 2001 and her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2006. 

Janet serves as a member of the State Bar of Arizona Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and is a past member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court.  She is on the Board of Directors for Emerge Center Against Domestic Abuse.  She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Pima County Bar Association and Arizona Association for Justice.  She is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts, the United States District Court for Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
